Rev. Eloise Fulton's Ministry was conceived at the Holy Temple Church of God In Christ under the leadership of Bishop Orzo T. Jones, Jr., M.Div., D.Min., S.T.D., Senior Pastor of Holy Temple C.O.G.I.C and Emeritus Bishop of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania jurisdiction. Bishop Jones is her Spiritual Father in the Gospel. If it had not been for his legacy of Godliness, Encouragement, Spiritual insight and prophetic utterances spoken by this Great Man of God into the life of this young woman, the seed of vision would have never been successfully planted. Bishop Jones Empowered Rev. Fulton with his Godly instruction to pursue God's call and purpose; and Focused Rev. Fulton by painting the picture of ministerial longevity with the proper spiritual guidance and seminary training.

Inspiration and Vision

Bishop Jones’ insight allowed him to see that Rev. Fulton needed to see and experience the power of God resting on a Woman in Ministry and he granted Rev. Fulton permission to be mentored by her pastor and mentor, Bishop Millicent Hunter, Senior Pastor of the Baptist Worship Center and Presiding Primate of the World Center Worldwide Fellowship of Churches. Bishop Hunter once preached, "If you don't start Nothing, it won't be Nothing." Thank you Bishop Hunter for watering the seed that was planted. Watch God give the increase of Empowerment, Motivation, and Focus to his mighty people.

The most influential, important, anointed and inspirational mentor that Eloise has in her life has been her mother, Mother Lucille Fulton. Mother Fulton is a consecrated Evangelist in the Church of God In Christ. She is educated having received her MSW from Antioch University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Temple University. Mother Fulton has taught Eloise faith, perseverance, steadfastness, and confidence and most importantly the great value in a right and real relationship with the Lord. Many people look at Mother Fulton and express that she is blessed to have Eloise in her life in her senior years. However, it is Eloise that is blessed to have had the pleasure of being born to such a great leader as Mother Fulton. God taught Mother Fulton and for the past 35 years, Mother Fulton has taught her children to fear, honor and respect the Almighty God. If Eloise were to liken her relationship with her mother to any biblical figures it would be Ruth and Naomi. From her personal Naomi, Eloise has learned the skills necessary to grow and go forward in ministry.
